To many people here just to promote programs?

Over the past few days at mylot i have seen a lot of posts. I notice there is to many people here saying
"check my profile"
or
"check my blog"
Which all promote programs so they can earn more money on referrals.
Im not saying its a bad thing but really i just dont like when people make untruthful posts about programs or saying you can earn 100$ when really you only earn 10 cents.
What do you guys think?

I know what you mean although I am somewhat guilty of saying check my website. I see many things that are against my lot rules (like posting your referral link in a subject) but it seems like it takes my lot so long to respond that people keep doing it.
One thing I like to do is call posters of bs sometimes. One poster said he gets paid $50 a survey, I asked for pay proof and he disappeared, but if he a few referrals from his post its mission accomplished for him.

I think a lot of us are guilty of trying to promote programs.
I'm ok with people promoting programs , but i hate the bs. If your going to post something go ahead but be truthful. What are we going to have to do? Make everyone show proof from now on because we cant trust anyone.
Possibly we need some kind of rating system for members or for posts.

its ironic you say that because the stars by our names (need 100 to get one) denotes how much people like us. I have noticed the more pc I am the better my number gets. If you disagree with someone usually you can get tagged even if you're right. But most of the spam/referrers/scammers aren't around long enough for a star unfortunately.

Yeah,I agree with you.Sometimes I saw some discussion I am interest,but it says that "check my profile or check my blog".I felt not very happy,some time I will stop my step,but to see other similar discussions.I can not discribe this feeling,not very good!
