Some of my favorite video games are still from older systems.

I have a variety of video games and systems. I still enjoy playing with my Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo. I even put on my old Turbographix from time to time. The newer systems have better graphics. However, some of the games are just not as fun as the older games. I still love Donkey Kong.

I still have a JVC XEye (it's a Sega Genesis and Sega CD in one machine) set up. That was, by far, my favorite system before the Wii. The Wii is....well...it's the Wii. There's no comparing it to anything. I haven't used the SNES in a while but I still have one. As for TurboGrafx, they also had some of the coolest games around including Splatterhouse and Bonk's Adventure, both of which are now available on the Wii virtual console (along with a growing list of Genesis and old school Nintendo titles). I'm glad to see there are other enthusiastic retro-gamers among the MyLot ranks!
