Smallville has been a really good show, but it's time to move on to Metropolis.

hi... i love smallville...and the superman movies... but im still hoping smallville will last until season 8, atleast...

I just wanna see him fly!!! I'm sure they'll at least let him fly as at the beginning of the season the fact he couldn't do it was a bit point, maybe thats how they'll end the show, when they do. He'll just start to fly and then they'll cut to the credits...and we'll all be super annoyed!! I just hope that the whole Lana and Clark thing ends soon because after this long its starting to get a bit old!!

that would be great to see him move to Metropolis and fall for Lois. but i don't think it will happen anytime soon. I hope the make more seasons beyond 8. Just watching it we all know that theres still more to the story.

your right, he's grown older already but i think Smallville will continue to air the show until 10th Season, Smallville is also a great show...

I'm a big Smallville fan but I think it's time to bring the series to a conclusion. The show has already been drawn out enough as it is. Lana knows about Clark's secret, it doesn't even look like they're trying to get Clark and Lois together so what else is there? It's time for Clark to finally accept his destiny and become Superman.

Um...the show is called Smallville for a reason. If he went to Metropolis, it wouldn't make sense as far as the serious goes. However, I was hoping that they would end the series (which this is supose to be it's last season) with Clark stepping into the suit, thus his role as Superman. However, I read from the show's sources that we will never once see him in the suit. Pfff, that sux!!! This a great post though! I am a major Superman/Smallville fan....

you do know that when Clark moves to Metropolis...the show is OVER. When he finally moves up to Metropolis is when he realizes his fate to be Superman. Smallville is only set to cover his teen years previous to his Superman phase.

I guess you haven't been watching since season 4, then.

The rumors were that this is the last season. If so then it is not too likely Clark will move on to the Metropolis stage. That would be fine with me since I like him with Lana even under the present circumstances of her deceiving him. I just wonder how bizzaro Clark returning is going to be handled.

The creators of the show said they would never take the series to the point of Clark wearing the Superman costume or flying, so I assume they have plans to end the series long before this.

yes i think so to, kent should learn how to fly. He can jump, and he flyed then he was bad put 6 and half seasons and still...
