do you ever take time to smile when you are crying or worrying about some thing or when you are depressed? it is said that to smile is the best way to get away with problems and divert things. as for me, it is hard to do it but after i cry, when somebody is with me, then i get to smile.

SOmetimes I do find myself smiling when i'm thinking back on problems i've had. not usually when i'm having the problems. i usually hold a straight face and just think about how i'm going to get out of the problem or how i'm going to fix it and how i'm going to make sure that it doesnt happen again. i'm really good with that though, i like to smile a lot, and 7 out of 10 times, i'll be smiling instead of frowning or not showing an expression.

It`s a good way to cope with the problems indeed. Also the ironia -the capatibility to make from everything parody. But it`s not allways possible...how can we smie for example if our closed person is hardly ill or dying...:(
