Do people have cell phone etiquitte?

No, mostly people , don't have the etiquittes of using a cell phone in public, not only in india atleast. They shout like they're at home. In fact, the cell phone companies and the government of India should come out with etiquette guidelines and enforce them.

Yes, I agree with you. People shout at the Cell phone like if they were at home. People interrupt conversations without saying "excuse-me" to pick up the Cell phone. People end up using the phone camera to take pictures of people who didn't allow them. No, people do not have cell phone etiquette. At least, most of us don't.
