why do you prefer being fit ? what are you looking for any way?

do you really need to be fit? i mean exercises and walking,how important is it? many people need it but for different purpose. may be their work need it, keeping healthy, meeting new people, feeling young, be slim, be energetic, have a change..........& so on for me it keeps me healthy and reminds me of nice memories, i need it in my job also. so what it is to you, what do you need it for?

I need it so I don't ever grow out of the 3 closets full of clothes I own. I have a very athletic build so I will never be a size 2 but people about fall over when they learn how much I weigh. I exercise for many reasons. To stay this shape, to get rid of stress, to socialize etc.

it is nice to be in shape, young, and youthful. you can feel it all the time!! after all it is not a waste of time, in fact you save a lot of money in different ways. but do you do it outdoor or inside, it does make a difference?
