a friend called me about two days ago and asked me for advise on what kind of online business he can start without spending a fortune and what can i recommend for him especially since its new year and he has decided to increase his income.i went through so many sites and gave him a list of sites i believe in my opinion are ok,but he called back telling me he does not have a credit card,paypal account to make payments for affiliate programs.does anybody out there have an idea of other online companies that issue credit cards without being fraudulent and can please recommend according to your experience other online affiliate programs that are genuine besides our beloved my lot .com?respond quick please
