Have you ever had a bad experience at a dine in restaurant?

I think all restaurants are a hit or miss. The worse is when you find hair in your food. My daughter ordered a milk shake and got 3 hairs and all they offered to do was to make her a new one. Big Whoop! At a local Italian Restaurant on New Years Eve, mind you I went to dinner around 9:00, no one else was there. We ordered a normal pasta meal. It took an 1 1/2 hours to arrive and it was cold, the waitress did come to check on us after an hour and explained that she got side tracked and forgot to put our order in. Those are the two worse cases. Yes, we have eatten at both places again and had fine service.

Usually ... I dont know whats up with customer service now a days . Yesterday we ate lunch at Red Robins and I ordered nachos with jalepenos ... boy i could use a spell check in here sorry, but the waitress took along time to come back and I needed a refill so I took my glass up to the kitchen and asked for one then went back to get one for my husband ...they sort of looked at me weird ...

yup, my date never arrived.. she never atleast call at my mobile.. (just wasted my time)

i always find it rude for service crews not to listen properly to what you wanted to ask from them..sure i understand that it has been a tough day for them but still, it is their job to give you what you need especially if you asked properly..i guess service crews needs to have training to be more patient and to be keen to details..
