What's your favourite cheese?

I have two, mozzarella and cheddar.

here in the Philippines we only have a few varieties of cheese..usually branded ones. the only unique cheese we have is so-called "kesong puti" or white cheese in English... however i prefer the branded one which is a processed cheese called "Eden" processed cheese...the taste is so good...

I like the one you can cut, I love cutting cheese, it's such a relieve.

I love pepper jack cheese. I like the peppers and the spice in it.

I love feta cheese and can have it with almost any meal. My parents are from southern europe, right near Greece, so a lot of the food I like have influences from there. Unfortunately, neither my boyfriend nor anyone I know where I live now likes feta cheese. And for some reason any place I buy it where i live now just isn't as good as the one my mom always buys. I make sure to get a new case whenever I visit.
