Tired, worried, exhausted, sleepy, depressed, all I feel are these...

You are 22 and you should not be writing such sad statements. What you feed to your mind, the mind tries to react in the same way. Therefore, concentrate on goal in life. Keep your health in top priority. Do exercises everyday without fail. Make and meet friends. Keep smiling and you see the whole world smiles at you. Another thing is you try to sleep 8 hours a day and try to sleep at a fixed time everyday (of course you got to get up at around the fixed time - no oversleep). If you follow this, you automatically get interested in life and you will be a positive thinking man.

yeah don't we all feel that way sometimes…but hey you should go out or something. Give yourself a treat. Go for shopping or a vacation or even karaoke, or get together with some friends and do fun stuff. Hopefully you'll feel better after that. anyways, hope u feel much better soon...don't worry be happy! ;) and get plenty of sleep and rest. take care and cheer up :)

There really are days like that. Maybe it has to do with the hormones. Or maybe the cycle of the moon or perhaps because it is new year and you are setting certain goals which make you apprehensive. Anyways, do not forget to eat though. :)

hun these are all good methods from our friends at mylot, but i would just like to say if you find that nothing is working, please dont keep it to yourself hun, go and see you doctor, they may be able to send you for some cognitive behavioural therapy which helps a lot, pr some other kind of help, all i know is that from personal experience, the longer you leave these fellings alone the harder they become to deal with, i wish you good health and happiness for the future hun xxxxx
