A lot of people are suffering from inferiority complex wherein a man suffers from having low self esteem... I have read the book being happy as well and i want to share to you something about the book... the books tells us that to create a happy person is to create a happy mind set. Now how do we create it, ? Our mind is builed up of the conscious mind and the subconscious mind...The conscious mind transmits the information to the subconscious mind... The thindg that is transmitted to the subconscious is now programmed... For example, when we are late once in an appointment... Our subconsious is programmed to make our body move late in every appointment we have ... Consequently we create a late image to everyone we meet... And so we become a person of failures.... HOW do we create a happy and confident mind? By simply programming our minds and body to become happy and confident, what do happy and confident persons do? then do it as well.!!!

There are many ways to boost self-esteem, of cause, ways will vary for individual. You may choose the best which is to be suitable for you. First is the apperance. Neatly looking with smiling on face comforts people and builds good first impression that usually is in return for nice and kind attention which will happy you as well; The second is the knowledge and experience which are most important things at current knowledge explosion age. The simple example is that you are able to give your idea when you join a discussion instead of feeling disturbed as a outsider; The third I think is making friends. Making friends on own initiative, you will find that it gets easier and easier for you to conmunicate with others, even talk with those strangers. In the end, if you are in a quite unsure feeling, you may listen some exciting songs or take some exercise or other things so as to change your current attention.

I think one of the most important things to consider if trying to boost your confidence and self esteem would be to look at your friends. I have friends that I feel very comfortable around and it makes it much easier to be yourself and to be confident with these people as I've known them for so long. Amongst strangers I am usually quiet until I get a nice feel for the situation then I will start sharing my opinion.
