Ive been weightlifting for about 3 months now and was wondering if anyone out the has any workouts that could build muscle fast.

To build the most muscle you need to do exercises that target large muscle groups. Big movements such as pull ups, squats and deadlifts use large muscle groups and thus stimulate greater muscle growth. Also remember to eat foods high in protein after a workout as your muscles will be crying out to recover and grow. you could use a workout such as this: bench press, squats, pullups, deadlifts, shoulder press, lunges, bent over rows, push ups. performing a workout with these exercises uses all the muscle groups in your body giving it greater potential for muscle growth than if you just concertrated on one muscle group :)

Hmm.. well I've heard that either squats or deadlifts are really good for helping the body build muscle fast. I've heard that they are some of the best work outs out there.
