How economical is the use of LED?

I heard that the normal bulbs will be replaced by LEDs. How efficient are these LEDs. Will they provide enough light so as to replace common bulbs?

Led are more flexible than other light bulbs, and they can also use as replacement to light bulbs but interms of the intensity or the amount of energy emmited by LED is less compare to light bulbs, therefore LeD cannot replace some important usages of light bulbs...

It has already been replaced.We use LEDs In our day to day life.Leds in mu10.Mr9 Etc.In future it will replaced by bulbs.Reason dont break down quickly,more powerfull,Less energy consumble,safe & Etc
