The most important thing is you should have your will power by knowledge that exercise is good for you. Secondly, you can give yourself a treat after completing a weekly jogging plan. Thirdly, you can share your jogging experience with friends so that you can see the reward. Gradually, you will enjoy your own achievement.

We all wanna do funny things. So why not make jogging interesting for you?
Maybe you can listen to music while jogging. Or get a friend or family member to jog with you...

My son joined a program at our local YMCA called 2008 laps challange he is suppose to walk, run or swim 2008 laps by the end of the year and he will be entered to win a Wii I told him I would do the challange with him.
That is the best motivation is to join someting like that where you can exercise with others and have a goal to aim for.

When I was in highschool and university I was on the track team. I had no problem with jogging everyday. Great way to keep up and want to jog is to have the motivation and the will to jog. If you don't want to jog you won't do it. Great way for me to get me motivated was we had little meets every 2 weeks and I always wanted to shave off time so I made it work for me. Sit down with a pad of paper and a pen and write out all the reasons why you want to jog. All the reason why you don't want to jog. Maybe jogging isn't in it for you and you can walk or ride a bike in stead.
