Changing Visible User Information on MyLot

Sorry to bring this up here. I was wondering if someone could tell me how to change the information that is show to other users when the click on the my MyLot webpage. I moved and want to change the city I'm from. I sent a message to the MyLot people a while ago and they haven't responded. Clicking on the "edit profile" button doesn't seem to give me the option.

I think you need to bring it to the admin of mylot and send them a message regarding this feature. Hope they are answer you about what you want.

myLot won't respond back. I know people who have sent message after message after message about problems with the sytem and nothing happens. I guess the myLot people are too "busy" to respond to anything. They have got to be one of the worst group of customer service people I have ever dealt with. Even eBay as busy as they are sends out a generic form letter saying they are "working" on it or "looking at the problem."

myLot won't respond to any messages sent, so don't hold your breath.
Go to "Edit your preferences." Then on the 2nd tab, I believe it's account information, there is a place to change the city and the state.
