How to Register a Pay Pal account?

HEllo it said on this website that eventually, we can earn money and we can get it through Pay Pal account...But when i try to register for Pay Pal account it says its expired..is it true?.Well actually im not on a hurry to get the said money, i just want to be sure if this is not a just trick or whatever false information.Hey guys please send some advises.Thanks

no buddy paypal is 100percent safe.it cant be be a trick or somewhat like that.
u just mail them about ur this problem.and i m sure they will revert you back with possible soluton to it.
were there any money in ur account before it expired
