I only get an hour??

I wish i had the money or even the knowledge to start up a business..... where i live we dont have internet cafe`s however i wish we did i could make a bundle but i dont have the financial means...im at the library right now which means i only get one hour to do what i want to do ...that sucks cause i can spend my whole day blogging with stuff off the top of my head plus checking emails looking for ways to make money the list is endless without even getting a chance to chat or goof around. any suggestions on how i could get a head start and possibly start my own business is there somewhere i can get funds to buy computers and security and desks and such???
