I've gained 10 pounds!! :(

Okay, so I knew that I was gonna start going to the gym this week. I haven't been watching what I have been eating so well due to this. I usually watch every calorie. But I have let it get away from me, obviously. I got on the scale this morning and I have gained about 10 pounds. I think it was actually a little less but that doesn't really matter. And I haven't started going to the gym yet due to the price. I have to pay $190 for my membership. That's for a whole year. For some reason they are making people pay for the whole year upfront. I don't mind that price b/c it is discounted due to where I work. Now, my friend who is supposed to go with me is poor. I pay for stuff for her and her daughter all the time. I also give them stuff all the time. Stacy cleans my house for me and cuts my hair. That is how I justify it. She does for me so I do for her. Anyway, she is gonna go to the gym with me. This was actually her idea. Her gym membership is $350. I have to pay $120 down and pay the rest off within 90 days. I about dropped the phone when they told me that price. I was expecting to be able to pay monthly not by the year. So Stacy looked thru some of her stuff and found a free month coupon that she received from someone when she worked at the school. I guess we are gonna start going tonight. I have to get my butt up off this couch and get moving! I can't believe I have gained weight.

Well you better get off the computer and start walking alot and exercising if you want to loose that weight.

Duh! Actually, I got a blackberry for Christmas. I am gonna be able to workout and do online stuff at the same time. Pretty pathetic, huh?

I think you should either try to earn more to balance the amount of money you spend or has to cut down the gym and switch to some exercises like cycling or walking. I think Christmas is the time everyone should eat good food and should not worry about their weight. I think after that you will certainly loses weight as days go on. I think one of the way to lose weight is to start some exercise like cycling, walking, dancing, etc. Next, I would suggest you to increase lots of fruits in the diet and fruits salads. Fruits helps in greater metabolism and will helps for digestion of food and will helps to decrease weight. I would suggest you to take a cup of warm water before eating any heavy food. I think you should try to find any other alternative for gym or find another gym, which cost less.

There's only one gym in my town. And my membersip itself isn't bad. I just paid for my friend's too. That was the hard part. i will make it though. I have 3 freelance jobs. And I do some other online work. I really enjoy it.
