Insane tooth pain

Ok So I know i have to go to the dentist, but I just cant right now. I am in serious pain. I accidently bit my tongue ring, and now there is a hole in my tooth. It hurts so bad that I am actually having trouble thinking Its hard to sleep, and nothing seems to be working. Help me out mylotters please.
