Do you grow your own veggies and if so, do you plant organic seeds?

I was just at Wal Mart and found organic veggie seeds. So, I purchased some. Now, are we to believe these seeds are really organic because the packaging says it is organic? I checked the packaging and is reads if is certifed organic in California, from California farms. Now, should I really assume these seeds are really, really, really organic? I guess I shall see, right?
