$ to the £ now is favourable for us brits. Out of interest hom much are your fees for a week? I only ask as economy wise I believe America has some of the best timeshares and resorts for the outtlay across the world. I think because it's a country geared around competitiiveness. Your place in Orlando I would guess is well salable but very cheap money for what you get in quality facilities.

We are asking $24,000 for the sale but that price is negotiable if you or someone you know is interested in it.

We will be probably going to Florida in the fall, but we already have our arrangements meant and will also be going over to the Bermuda. I do not know anyone else who is going to stay. Most of those I know have family they will stay with. Sorry that I cannot help you. It does sound quite good.

I've got to ask where it is; is it at Westgate Lakes or Villas? We have a unit there too that we're currently selling for financial reasons with the hope of getting another one in a year or two hopefully. Annie

It's a small world! We have week 6 but we're going through some financial troubles right now so we're looking to sell. I hate to give it up because I love going there, but I'm hoping it's only temporary. I get disgusted with the way the taxes and maintenance fees keep increasing but it is a beautiful place, don't you think? It's killing me that we won't be going this year. Usually at this time we're counting the days and getting everything planned. Oh, well, there will be other years. Are you considering renting your weeks if you don't sell it? Just a random thought, not a promise, but I just may be interested. Annie

We have tried renting before with an agency that scammed us out of $700 and never did get it rented so i seriously doubt we will try that route again. We are currently looking for a company that will get a sale for us without charging us any upfront fees until after they have a sale for us so that we dont get screwed again. If you know of anybody please let me know, thanks.

Hi neelygal... i was wondering, did you sell your timeshare?? I also own one and I want to sell it too. If so, can you tell me how you did it? did you find any good company that is not trying to scam you with payments and no results?? Thanks.
