For about a week now I'm feeling much better. Since the early start of this new year I have been cutting down a lot of foods that were not good for me - all the fast foods, fried food, greasy foods, high sugar, salty foods, you name it all. I'm sticking to more water, broiled and grilled foods, more chicken and fish, veggies, fruits, green apples, and everyday I am using the treadmill to go about 2 miles on it which helps me lose about 80+ Fat Calories. I feel like more to move around and be active for what I do. I take multi-vitamin pills as well. That's simple enough - this time I'm not relying on dietary supplements or having to worry about all these so called commercials that promote most of the time garbage on how to lose weight. Not saying all of them but some.

So how is your diet going? Are you still on it and sticking to it or did you fall off the wagon? How much weight did you loose?

Variety is the spice to life and that's where most diets fail, no variety. People get so bored with eating the same things over and over again, so they end up cheating once, and that leads to cheating all the time. Then they are back into their old life style. But if they would just reward themselves everyonce in a while with a nice sweet treat, people would probably be more successful.

Well since I've been walking about 30-35 minutes everyday and I have cut back on some foods, made it a new years resolution to stop drinking diet pepsi and use my pilates set... I also need to drink more water... I'm glad to hear that your regimen is working for you and that is great
