OK here I go with my rants again. :)) Short prologue: I'm a 19 year old attending college and working part time at an IT store. Today, after a seemingly normal afternoon of working hard (well actually not that hard :P ) A girl comes into the shop with this laptop, claiming that it's broken and she can't get online with it. Now this was some piece of equipment, a Sony Vaio, SSD drive eqquiped, fingerprint reader, blu ray, and everything else modern technology has to offer. After looking at It I saw that she didn't even create a new connection, so how could the net work in the firstplace... after a few minutes of arguing, she saying it's the laptop's fault and me explaining calmly what was actually going on, I finally snapped and said: "You know, you should go sell this and buy yourself a new wardrobe." She made a annoyed but surprised face, took the sony and walked out without saying a word... What a waste...

Oh man! And you're still working there? HAHA! She sounds like a rich girl who got that as a gift and didn't know where to start. No way would anyone with half a brain go out and buy something like that if they don't know the basics in setting it up.

Yeah I still work here. Actually my boss was right next to me and witnessed all of this. He smiled subtily and went about his business. I have a feeling he saw far more worse situations than this. :)) About the girl, yeah I bet that's where she was coming from. I tried explaining how to work it but she was so uptight and annoying I finally snapped. Everyone has his patience. Mine ends after 30 seconds. :) (lol just kidding)
