Anyone use any UK Cashback or PTC sites?

I do, I've made nearly £100 with Cashback sites just by switching my insurance and TV company online, shopping online and by signing up to free offers and completing price comparison searches. I was wondering if anyone else had any experiences on sites like these UK or otherwise. Its nice to get money back on your online shopping and be rewarded for switching utilities online. What do you think?
