Is there any PTC site which pays without delay and a low minimum payout ?

For me it's a sign that the PTC is a potential scam if they require a delay and a high min payout.

aPairOf has a minimum of $1 and they payout only a couple days after you request it. But that's the only one that I belong to with a low payout.
