There is a difference. When people get arrested they go to jail until arrainment, or court, or hearing or sentencing or until bond. Why is there so much scrutiny about the treatment of inmates?

I think prison is a large place for those person who are convicted to any crime. I think it is also a National Jail and a special jail to those people who have committed a big crime. While a jail is only a small place for those people who are not yet convicted.
