Why are you sad? Maybe try going for a walk, exercisestimulated feel good endorphins. Make sure you get plenty of natural sunlight during the day- only source of vitamin d :D if you keep feeling this way go see a gp, cause you may have depression and might need medication or counselling. good luck.

Whenever u try to cry that time you really try to be happy listen music,phone to yours friends, think about the happy moments in your life. do some work you really interested to do.

There has got to be a reason for you feeling sad. What is it? I am not a expert but I think you need to try walking or thinking of somthing or someone that make you feel good or a fun time you had in your life. If that don't help read the bible that is what always helps me when I have down days.Here is a link for verses to help with depression & anything else you or whom ever may be going through. Why are you sad. Try to find the reason.Of there may be not be a reason othrwise you would not be sad.Dont feel lonely dont think anything negative. Because this is a beautiful world. Life is beautiful Itis not for being sad. Be happy and dont worry

is same with my gilfriend 2 years ago, and yes true ur are depresion. the best way is find out about your problem.maybe you think about something i dont know cz u dont tell.

Do you cry during the daytime, too? Are you completely alone at night? Do you know what you're crying about? I would need more details before I could make a guess about whether you have chronic depression or just loneliness and situational sadness. Either way, it isn't healthy for you, and you either need to see a doctor or try to solve your problems.

hey be happy always.. see me.. my friend whom i love the most always scold in front of everybody but not know that i love her very much... she alws be with others.. i will feel very bad, feeling like cry but still after looking at her smile once again i cheer up... let her be with somebody but why to feel sad... not doing any sin right...???? learn from past mistakes dear and don't repeat that again...give smile to everyone....this is life...

Depression - This is the way depression feels.  If you feel this way get help.  You are not alone and you don't have to feel like this!
How long have you felt this way? If this has been happening for several weeks or long you need to see a doctor. This could be major depression. I suffer from this and it is no fun. It's nothing to be ashamed of and there is help for it. You may need medicine and/or counceling. Don't delay, though. Get the help soon. Don't suffer any longer than you have to. Just remember that you are not alone! You don't have to continue feeling this way.

Have you had something tragic happen recently? Or have you had a sickness or did you lose a friend or loved one..Grieving is good for some time at loss ..it's the bodies normal coping mechanism..If it goes on too long professional help and sometimes medicine can help you. Perhaps taking time to write a journal..write down on paper your thoughts will assist you in finding out what is the source of your sorrow?

It sounds like clinical depression, or anxieties of being alone. I recommend going to a councilor or a clinic to be screened for depression. There is also other screening tests on this site http://depression.about.com that will help you understand... Once in awhile everyone feels this way but if its lasts for long then 2-4 days, and lasts for weeks or months. This is when you need to go to a professional to be screened for help. - DNatureofDTrain
