I am having a hard time staying focused on my new years resolution to stay healthy. It is really hard to get the exercise in and to eat right. I am not depriving myself, but with 2 kids and a hectic life and a sweet tooth it's hard. Any advice or suggestions from anyone or from other moms who stay in shape?

If you are determined to be healthy, then, you can always make some time. Also, it is not that you have to go and join some class or work out regularly. You can do some variants while doing your normal work. That way you can feel better. If you are fond of music and dance, that would help too. Just a few steps to shake it off a day would be beneficial. Although there would be many suggestions, it would be best if you decide what would be possible with your current life and then start doing them.
