Animal Crossing on Nintendo DS

I really love this game for Nintendo Ds but i have finally grown bored of it! It did take a lot longer than some of the other games though! I was wondering if anyone knows anyhting about the second Animal Crossing. When is it going to be released? Does anyone know what it will be like? Some of my other favourites on DS are games like Cake Mania, fish tycoon and Diner Dash. Does anyone know any other games like this for Ds?
