post op instructions for reconstructive surgery after mastectomy

I had a right mastectomy for breast cancer, had an expander inserted, and just last week had reconstructive surgery on the right, with enhancements on the left. Just wondering what the post op instructions are, since I didn't really get any from my Dr.
