I have come to notice that sleep can be a major aid at having a pleasant day. I attempt to sleep anywhere form seven to eight hours a night, and when I am successful, its the best. It truely does give you a better mood and allows you to be more receptive and have a better focus during your day. Plus it is a positive stimulant to your overall attitude.
