Is your work your life?

I don't mean this in terms of earning your living. Of course, we work to earn a living. What I mean is this. We spend most of our life working. Sometimes we can't work just for eight hours and call it a day. We tend to work more and more and hardly find time for the really enjoyable things in life like spending time with family, hobbies, pets, so on and so forth. Finally, we even realize that we have not been able to do the things we truly love doing. What are your thoughts about this?

No I don't believe so.I think our life should be our work.Thats it.

Id have to say... Yes my work is my life... I dont leave and go to a 9-5 job and i dont get days off weekly. i dont earn money for my work.. instead i simply recive joy and pride.
My job is being a mother. a house wife a homemaker.. i have a beautifl 6 year old and a set of 1 month old twins. i take care of our home and my family and that is my life. i couldnt wouldnt want to do anything different.. there are days were the hours are long and i just simply want to take a break however i cant do so.. there are days were i would love to play hooky or clal in sick but i cant do so and there are days were i wish i could put in some over time but just simply dont need to..
i love my job my job is my life my life is my family
