Have you ever considered yourself to be child of a lesser God? I sometime think I am? I have such a lot of trouble in life. No body understands me . My so called Best friends cheats me, my parents can't understand me.I care for all, still nobody appreciates it. There is opposition in everything that I do. Do you feel the same any time? share with me.

Yes a lot of times. Of course it's normal because when we have problems, we'd always think that God doesn't love us like before. I try to think positive and think that it's all trials that God gives us for us to learn about life and everything about trusting God.

One has to be careful about choosing friends. All Office colleagues cannot be friends, they are just colleagues. Of course with the parents, the relationship ought to be good from both sides. Probably they are not able to guage the valuable contribution you are making to the family. Do one thing, for a month or so, keep aloof from all these people, get your self seriously involved in reading some interesting novel during your leisure time and during working hours, do the best work with concentration. Then whatever disturbance you are facing or whatever treatment you are receiving from people change drastically in your favour. Sometimes, familiarity bredds contempt!! I adopt this technique and I feel our relationship with others will be good only.

dear subha, please do not think as such. i believe God the Almighty is very fair and just, and God Knows. therefore God will not test us with hardships and trials, which God knows we cannot endure. believe in God, believe that God loves, that God will always be there if you need him - but you have 'tell God that you need him' - pray. All that is good and great are blessings from God, and the evil and not good, are the results from the wrong doings of men ( - because we are not perfect - ). whatever that is wrong or bad that happens to us.. is normally due to the bad action, wrong attitude, of another person towards us.. as long as we have good intentions, live life as honestly as we possible can, 'abide by the rules', dont hurt anyone (physically and emotionally)... we can only pray that others will not hurt us. peace ! take care !

There is opposition in "certain things that I do", but not in "everything that I do". it happens due to our ego, and also due to ignorance.

i think there is no problem if we consider this. childhood is a time which remains like lotus in a mud filled pond. children are little angels. they must be loved by all. i appreciate your feelings.

In short, there is no "god" as people would like to think there is. Believing in a god is just a cop out for someone that can't handle life in general. Oh, I'll just blame some being whose existence cannot be proved or disproved. Yes, it's very easy to default your problems to a source of some "higher" being that is somehow controlling your life and dictating all the horribleness that's fallen onto you. Or, you could own your life and realize that there is always something you can do about whatever it is currently bothering you. I certainly realize I'm not going to be a popular person for this point of view, but realistically everyone at some point in their life will realize that no one is going to save them but themselves. Live your life and screw the people that don't like it!

I sometimes go through this. I feel I put so much into someone and get nothing back. Also when people have betrayed me I feel like how could they do this? I would never do that to another soul ever! But then I stop and think of the people who are there for me honestly and it makes me appreciate them so much more.

The fact that you felt like a child of a lesser god implicitly assumes that the presence of a greater god. You will be happier if you control your fate in your own hands rather than relying on god - whether a lesser or greater one.
