Paid bucks any payout?

I came across this paidbux today morning. on their members count , it was like 2500's , & the cashout they made was zero. their minimum payout is $1. so suspicious about this site. anybody got payouts from paid bux? is it legit or scam?

you must not read FAQ carefully. it says up to 7 days. the site is only 2 days in business.
