What programs are available to help children with disabilities?

I have 2 boys aged 4 and 11 both having been diagnosed with forms of autism. I was wondering if there are any programs for the computer that work better to help them learn and retain information. I am looking for programs that are easily run and not difficult for them to navigate.

If you find something please let me know. My son is 4 with ODD and ADHD so very different than autism but the only thing I have found that worked so far for him is the VTEC. The childrens video game that connects to the tv. They range in ages so they are very easily run. I have tried alot of different things for my son who is developmentally behind in all areas. It seemed to me even the elmo games he couldn't navigate through it and would become completly distraut when he couldn't complete it. Any thing you find I would love to know.
