Writers Strike....

So I am all for the writers making more money, I mean, not everyone can act.......but are they crossing the line between fair and greedy?? And why dont they end this so that I can get back to my greys anatomy?? my bones?? my reaper?? So many shows..... What does everyone else think???

I agree that they may be close to that line! Maybe if they cut the actors pay scale a little they can give it to the people that make them the stars! What would actors say if they had no screenplay?

they should do something.....an actor would not be an actor if they had no lines to read....

I agree with that. Plus actors have the availability to make up their funds in other promotional deals that writers are not offered. Famous people tend to forget about how much they make compared to normal class!

What the writers are fighting for is royalties that they should automatically be entitled to -- like PodCasts, which they currently do not get paid for. I know a writer, and they should very well be on strike till they get what they are owed. Though I agree TV suffers greatly :)

yah i am all for them making money....writing is my passion and i would be pissed too....i just wish that they would settle this....i miss tv haha
