How far are you planning to go with online business?

There are people on MyLot who say that they have been into online business for some years now, and some of them earn some thousand dollars a month. This stimulates my further attempts to reach worthy income in the business, I have already set certain goals for myself and I am planning to work online for as long as it brings me extra income. But how many of us here are planning to accumulate, lets say, a lifetime income with some programs, or start their own business using the experience of the previous years in online business?
Unfortunately,I also find out that some people quit online business for different reasons, which makes me wonder why.
Please, share your plans, dreams, ideas, hopes etc.:-)

Just setting goals is not a plan: setting REALISTIC goals is, and this is not an immediate process but an ITERATIVE one, that is to say you have to revise your plan often as soon as you see HOW you would realize your goal.
Trying to plan everything upfront is one of the biggest error because you can't especially if you are ignorant in a field. So you have to EXPERIMENT for real to adjust your plan to the real world.
And sometimes you will have to cut your finger for not losing your arm. But you must fear failure for they are part of the success path.

Well, ofcourse I've got a plan, or even a number of plans, in case I fail with one of them. And my plans are flexible, so I constantly make changes and adapt them to the changing circumstances. And I really like that the online moneymaking we are all involved in is not the most reliable and stable kind of business - this teaches us to think and rethink faster.
So those who have brains and flexibility can set whatever goals they like :-) LOL

I hope that one day, I can start earning thousands of dollars each month. If I can do that, I will continue to do so for as long as possible, hopefully for the rest of my life. I would enjoy the kind of life where I have my own house, I can wake up, get online, make thousands of dollars and not have to worry about a boss.

Yeah, I basically have the same view on online moneymaking: financial freedom and independance would make my days brighter:-)
