Do you take any vitamins? I take a few herbs but no vitamins and I just was told yesterday, from my chiropractor that I should be taking some. He says since I am a smoker I should be taking all the vitamin B tablets. He says that might help with my nerve problems. That as a smoker I tend to burn up any of them my body naturally produces and the ones I consume. He tells me this could be one of the problems I have with my nerves in my back and neck and ears. I will have to ask my specialist doctor I am going to be seeing in April, about this. You see, I have nerve damage especially in my ears and I have sever attacks on my ear drums which then makes me very ill because my world spins. I see the chiropractor, on my doctors advice, twice a week to help relieve the pressure on my nerves. So if my neroligist advices me to take vitamin B complexs I will, but mean while do you think I should try them anyways? Has anyone else ever heard that they are good for your nerves? I guess they can't hurt, but I wanted to hear from some one else that they are good for your nervous system.

I've never heard that B vitamins are good for nerves. I know Thiamine (B1) enhances the nervous system but the other 7 B vitamins have nothing to do with it. Taking a multivitamin once a day won't hurt you but don't go out and go B vitamin crazy before asking your neurologist

I take a Centrum silver, extra vitamin E, fishoil and extra calcium everyday. I've never heard of vitamin B complex helping with the nervous system. I have it in my Centrum silver so, I guess I'm ok. I smoke too.

Hi... I do take multivitamins but not regularly. I know it is needed to supplement us with other vitamins which we don't get by just merely eating food. I also take vitamin C tablet aside from the multivitamins, cause it helps fight against infection and colds. I don't know about the vitamin B tablets if it really helps on the nerve problems. Its better that you ask a doctor or medical practioner about your concern.

I take garlic pills for my hypertension as well as Hawthorne berry for my hypertension as well. The garlic is odorless and it's great for all cardiovascular problems. It helps keep my heart healthy and my cholesterol down. The Hawthorne berry works great as well as a cardiovascular cleanser as well.

I’d strongly recommend you take some kind of multi-vitamin/mineral supplement. I’m taking GBG 10 In One for about 1½ months now and I really like it a lot. It says 10 in one and that’s what it means, there’s a formula for your joints, for your vision, for your mood, your memory, your nervous system – you name it. It’s a great value, actually a lot less expensive than some comparable products and I could give you the link to order some if you’d like to try it. It comes with a 60 day “Empty Bottle” money back guarantee and if you order one bottle per month on auto-ship you can be a distributor and make a nice residual income as well. You could even sign your chiropractor up (or sell it to him) and he could sell it in his office. Mine sells all kinds of natural supplements. PM me if you’d like more information. Annie
