should yout teens be able to stay out past 10pm?

Legally where I live there not aloud out past 10pm due to curfew. I personaly don't think teenagers should be aloud out past 10 or 11pm on weekends. I am the parent of a 13 yr old, and she is not aloud out that late unless there is an adult with her.
