SSRI arouse suicidal feelings in young people

I have read it that SSRI antidepressants increased suicidal thoughts and other side effects in young people those who are taking antidepressants so what do you think SSRI antidepressants can be used by teenagers or not? Because there is no evidence of an increase risk of self harm and these suicidal thoughts in adults above the age 18. And what do you think teenagers are more likely to commit suicide than adults??
