Video Sites that pay?

I just wanted to have my rumour confirmed, or not confirmed! So, I ask you this. I heard on tv, and read on the internet a while back that there is a site now that apparently pays you for the videos you post to it's site if it reaches a certain popularity level. Is this true? Or is this just rumours that have been spreading along? If it's true, what exactly is this site? :P

Yeah, I dont really like the two he has listed they seem.. a bit iffy to me. Before you do anything, make sure to read the terms of service carefully! Sites like to stick loopholes in there which in turn could screw you over prettty bad. Watch yourself!
