I have undergone a few great failure before knwing great success in the field I was trying to master. For example I was almost the last in my litterature class because I wasn't a native of the country where I was to live in. I then succeded to become 2nd and then first. Later, one big failure was my job in software engineering because though I was an engineer I wasn't at first in that field. A few fears later I succeded to become a praised it project manager. How did i do ? I have been analyzing my failures and put an action plan in place. So now I don't fear failure I know it's in the path of success. For example I'm now attacking a new field: online business. I expect to fail miserably sometimes before succeeding. Unfortunately society only praises success this is bad mentality that should to be changed. What do you think ? Do you have any similar experiences ?

I admire your courage and wisdom in becoming an eventual winner learning from the mistakes you have made. In fact, I understand you don't have any fear for failure because you are sure it will just lead you to success. Good luck in this new endeavor of yours. Hope you can share to me some success tips you may already have. Thanks a lot, my friend.

Well you are never sure especially at the beginning when yourself and above all people around you don't believe you will do it :) I have also learnt to cut my finger so as not to lose an arm when I don't feel it. But sometimes I come back because it was that I just needed time and rest.
