I have a friend who is involved with a relationship with a guy she really likes. However, his performance is starting to put a damper on her satisfaction. How can she communicate this problem to him but not crush his ego?

this problem should be solved in a humourous and easy way, and being generous is the basic principle, because you know someday he will give you a big surprise. For example, you may "laugh at" him tenderly and tell him that happens to every man, treat it normally, and pretend to get high sometimes to give the man some confidence. dig the true reason for this, physically or psychologically, and find the right way to deal with this. wish you good mood.

Basically a relationship is all about communication but many couples do not know how to do this. I would reccommend your friend sitting down with his or her mate and sharing ideas of what can spice up the love making. They both can take turns making suggestions, this way the one does not hurt the other and they are both off to a good communication start.
