paronia,and spirits

i was watching a show yesterday they were talking about demons that enter a persons body and change them. i think its possible what do you think.have you experienced anything like this personally in your life?

I am a firm believer in spiritual guides but i have never been one to believe in demons, maybe there is but I think our spirit guides would speak to us louder and steer us in the right direction, I just think a lot of people just don't listen to their inner voice, which is the way i belive we are guided.
