Gosh! Now I know why I am putting on weight... LOL! More than 30,000 people in north-eastern Japan aged between 40 and 64 were quizzed about their height and weight, and given a personality test, according to a study published in the Journal of Psychosomatic Research this month. The results showed that outgoing people were far more likely than other people to have a body mass index (BMI) of more than 25, a widely used definition of overweight, said Masako Kakizaki of Tohoku University, who led the analysis. I think thi sis quite true in my case. What about you? Details: http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20080122/od_uk_nm/oukoe_uk_japan_personality;_ylt=AmgF9gCWCKCMM7mdX3cZ6bvtiBIF

They needed a study to figure this out? Seems obvious to me. Sociable people eat when they get together. Worriers are to upset to eat. No surprises here!
