to reduce weight

Can we have oats with milk as a breakfast and chappati for dinner daily.Do anyone feel this would reduce the weight.Please give anyother suggestion on diet.

hi... hmm.. oats is good, its fiber and carbohydrates. it will give you energy and milk is protein as well.. if you intend to loose weight, its better not to skip meals and avoiding meat.. we need balance diet, we have to eat same nutritious meal, lots of vegetables, few rice, or fewer carbs like bread and pasta.. milk is good, low fat is better too. eat fruits instead of sweets like cake, chocolate or icecream... in between meals if you feel hungry its better if you grab salad or sandwich... its better to switch from pork and beef to lamb and seafood. and most of all the best thing is... exercise.. if we dont burn the carbs.. and all the excess we eat... even if we minimize eating we still can get fat^_^ take care...
