headaches

does anyone know about headaches? i have been having the most intense pain around the eyes and the back of my head. would this be a migrane headache or a mini stroke or what else coul this be. can someone tell me what i can to for this thanks lisabare.

Sounds like you are getting headache from eye strain. you should go get your eyes checked. The pain you are having doesn't sound like a migraine or sinus headache to me.

Some headaches are due to stress so relaxation can help. Other headaches can be due to not drinking enough water or getting enough fresh air. Laying down in a dark room can help, having cucumber rings over your eyes can help cure eye strain. My sister suffers migraines and tells me they can be very strong. Good luck with your health and getting less or curing your headaches.
