There are some nights when you don't have time or just don't feel like cooking a huge meal. What do you do on those nights? My boyfriend and I were in that situation tonight and just made quick chicken fajitas. The chicken grills up on the George Foreman Grill in less than 10 minutes, and sauteing peppers and onions in a skillet takes like no time. Sprinkle on some cheese and you're good to go.

I would suggest rice with stewed vegetables. But the type of rice that takes about 8 minutes to boil, and stew vegetables on a pan, but not potatoes, they take quite a time to stew properly, so something like carrot, cabbages)) try this) and ebjoy your meal)

I watch 30 minute meals on food network! lol. Well, I get ideas from tha show. When I have little time to cook,I'll whip up some chicken soup from a can, and waffles from my home-made waffle mix. :]

Sounds yummy, I'll try that tomorrow. Tonight I made baked ziti. I fried up some burger and onions while a pot of water was on to boil. I cooked some ziti noodles until el dante. Then I opened a jar of Ragu spaghetti sauce and poured a bit in the bottom of a casserole dish, added some burger and half the noodles and some shredded cheese. Then I topped that with the rest of the noodles the rest of the sauce and burger and more cheese and popped it in the oven. I'll have some hawaiian bread or garlic bread with it whichever I have on hand.

I make rotini and serve it with a good-quality pasta sauce from a jar. The rotini takes twelve minutes from the time the water boils. I also cook a frozen vegetable to go with it.
