my bird is puneshing me!!!

my bird today kept screaming and calling me from the other room .. when i went to him to pet him he bite me.. as if he is puneshing me for sitting in the other room not infront of him.. but i cant stay in his room i have work to do

The bird is ruling you!! Don't pay any attention to him for awhile and then he will appreciate you more. It took me 2 years before I could get my bird to calm down...Now he is with me constantly and actually drives me crazy because he HAS to be with me so much! Just YOU be the only one to feed him and talk with when YOU want to and see what happens in a couple of months
