Programs Seem to Be Deactivating and Disappearing

Have you noticed how many programs are nonexistent now which people are recommending? There was a discussion where someone was looking for similar programs like MyLot. I discovered Duno which is torn between get paid to search and get paid to post but the overall site seems confusing in its setup. So I personally would not use it. PayPerPost has always been a highly recommended program but when you go to the site, it is a parked page now. Either we are missing something here or in reality, the get-paid-to comment/discuss programs are dwindling at a rapid rate. What is your thoughts and feelings on this?
